ABOUT CO2 E-RACE
The CO2 E – Race is a race using CO2 friendly vehicles. It is a project designed to increase public awareness public awareness in the Baltic States about the global climate crisis and show ways to solve it through the latest technology. The author of this project is Jacob Fuglsang Mikkelsen, who together with the Danish Cultural Institute organizes these events in Denmark and Latvia.
The Riga CO2 E-Race will took place on May 15th! All electrical, hybrid and other CO2 friendly vehicle owners or distributors were welcome to participate!
More than 25 vehicles met up at Statoil on Eksporta street at 14:00 and jointly drove the CO2 parade through Riga and finaly gathered at the Congress Hall square where each vehicle was presented!

Estonian electrical cars participate in the Riga CO2 E-Race on Saturday(0)
On Saturday, May 15th the first Latvian ecological car parade will take place in downtown Riga. The „CO2 E-Race Riga” project is designed to increase public awareness in the Baltic States about the global climate crisis and show possible ways to solve it through the latest technologies and creativeness. The Estonian ZEV Motors, that promote electrical vehicles in Estonia (www.zev.ee) will participate in the event with their famous electrical Pobeda, the ZEV Seven and the all year around electrical Smiley. The CO2 E-Race Riga will present environmentally friendly cars(0)
